Shipping policy

 

 

When will my order ship? 

We ship UPS Ground with Adult signature required.

Typically ground shipping cost between $18-$25 for one gown.  Ground shipping normally arrives within 3-5 days after production. (Production times vary for all custom made to order gown) Please review below!

Please note that production times and delivery times are different.  If you are ordering a Bridal gown, Bridesmaid dress or Social Occasion gown, the majority are custom orders, which are made to order. You will provide us with your wear date for the gown, your size, and color specifications.  We then will send that order to start production. 

You have a few options depending on the gown and the time of the year on production times. You when then add 7 business days on to the production time for the order to arrive to your door, or for pickup in our Illinois store, if you are local. 

Standard production is between 10-14 weeks.

All custom Bridal, Bridesmaids, and Social Occasion Gowns have specific processing and delivery times.

Rush production time is typically 5-6 Weeks.

Some gowns are available for an additional fee for Rush Production.

Super Rush Production time is typically 3-4 Weeks. 

Some gowns are available for an additional fee for Super Rush Production.

Accessories, Shoes, and Veils Shipping Time.

Typically, all of our accessories, shoes, and veils are in stock in or local warehouse, in our showroom or another U.S. warehouse.  Therefore, they will Typically ship within 7-10 business days.  

In stock or Off the Rack Items.

Any Dress, or Item that is considered off the rack or in stock warehouse typically will ship out within 3- 5 business days.
